Swiss Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw frozen potatoes slightly.
    Combine with whipping cream, cheese, butter, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into large baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
