Crumb Coated Chicken(Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter cracker crumbs (about 50)
1 1/2 to 2 lb. skinned chicken breast halves
Preparation

Beat eggs with butter and salt in a small bowl.
Place crumbs in a shallow plate.
Coat chicken in crumbs, then egg mixture, then again in crumbs.
Arrange chicken pieces in 8-inch square dish. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High for 18 to 22 minutes, rotating chicken 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.
Allow to stand 5 minutes.
