Fiesta Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (from about 2 limes)
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 to 1 tsp. ground cumin
    salt and ground pepper
    2 (20 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained (4 c.)
    2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded and diced (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1 1/2 c. cooked corn kernels
    1 c. chopped red onion
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    cilantro sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together oil and lime juice; add cilantro, cumin and salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
    Stir in beans, bell pepper, corn, onion and jalapeno pepper.
    Taste and adjust seasoning.
