Yellow Deluxe Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lemon rind, grated

Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and milk alternately. Beat well after each addition.
Pour batter in 3 greased layer pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
