Tasty Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut (optional)
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Beat butter and sugars together.
Add eggs, salt, soda and vanilla.
Add flour and oatmeal and mix together.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Shape in rolls.
Refrigerate several hours.
Slice and bake at 350\u00b0.
