Dill-Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/4 c. chopped dill weed
3 Tbsp. dry vermouth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
Preparation

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients, except cucumber, to processor bowl.
Process until mixture is smooth.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Stir in chopped cucumber.
Yields about 2 1/2 cups.
