Fajitas And Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    skirt steak or other inexpensive cut of meat or chicken
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/3 c. red wine or 1/4 c. red vinegar
    2 lemons
    ground pepper
Preparation
    Put coarse ground pepper and garlic powder on both sides of meat and place in long Pyrex dish.
    Squeeze 2 lemons over meat. Add soy sauce, wine or vinegar and chopped garlic.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Let stand for 2 to 4 hours.
    Cook on high heat on grill, using marinade to baste while cooking.
