Zipilli Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. flour
    6 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    6 eggs (room temperature)
    3 dry yeast cakes
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first three ingredients in bowl.
    Dissolve yeast cakes in 2 cups of warm water.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add to flour ingredients and 2 cups water.
    Keep mixing by hand until all is mixed.
    Let rise in warm place until double.
    Take tablespoon at a time and drop into hot fat.
    Makes 80.
