Posh Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crookneck or patty pan squash
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender. Drain well, beat eggs, blend in mayonnaise, onion, pepper and thyme.
    Stir in well-drained squash. Spoon mixture into a greased shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle evenly with cheese and paprika.
    Bake 25 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven or until puffed and lightly browned.
