Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. zucchini, grated
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Beat in zucchini. Sift dry ingredients and blend well together.
    Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
