Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. ice water
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation

Mix pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil.
Add gelatin and cream cheese; heat until dissolved.
Add ice water. Set mixture in pan of ice water until it is partially set.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate.
