Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, butter and nut flavoring
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 to 2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil and flavoring.
    Add flour and cinnamon.
    Stir in zucchini and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 2 small loaves.
