Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 small onion
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (12 oz.) bag Doritos
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, soups and garlic salt; heat until bubbly.
    Layer liquid, chicken and chips in a 3-quart casserole and top with cheese.
    (The cheese can also be melted in with the soup mixture.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
