Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Sift together flour and cornmeal.
    Cream together sugar, salt, butter and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Add soda with last portion of the buttermilk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan until golden brown.
