Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. flour
2 to 3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet.
Drain excess fat (leave some). Sprinkle flour over meat and stir.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
