Ma'S Rolls - cooking recipe

3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
3 c. plain flour
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Scald milk and let cool. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in milk. Add cooking oil and 1/2 flour to milk mixture. Beat until smooth. Work in remaining flour and knead 5 minutes. Set in warm place for 1 hour to rise. Punch dough down. Shape rolls in favorite roll shape. Let rise 5 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0.
