Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flour
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    egg yolk to bind
Preparation
    Rub margarine into flour.
    Add grated cheese, mustard, pepper and enough egg yolk to bind dough which can be rolled out. Sprinkle flour on rolling sheet.
    Roll dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into straws about 1/2-inch wide.
    Bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve when cool.
