Cheesy Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
1 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In ungreased baking dish, pour frozen hash browns.
Mix can of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk and pour over potatoes.
Grate onion and mix with potatoes.
Add salt and pepper, mixing well.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes, making sure potatoes are covered well.
Add grated cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
