Baked Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
    1 egg
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt and thyme
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
    Shape into patties; place in lightly greased shallow baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until firm.
    Makes 3 servings.
    May double recipe.
