Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice
1 c. fine egg noodles
1/8 lb. butter
1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 can water
salt to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in pan. Add noodles until slightly browned, stirring well. Add rice to mixture. Saut together for a few minutes, stirring well. Add broth, water and salt. Bring to a boil for a few minutes. Stir and cover. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes. Serve cold.
