6 eggs
3 Tbsp. water
1 can bean sprouts
1 can chow mein or chop suey vegetables
1 tsp. dried, diced onions
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Beat eggs and water until frothy.
Add remaining ingredients. Fry in hot oil using 1/4 cup egg mixture for each.
Keep warm in covered dish in oven.
