Million Dollar Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) giant chocolate bar
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    2 sq. bitter chocolate, shaved
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put sugar, milk and butter in saucepan and heat to boil.
    Stir well while at full boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour this hot mixture over remaining ingredients that have been broken into small pieces. Stir until everything is melted.
    Pour out into greased pans.
