Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugars together.
Add soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.
Add oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add flour last. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes on cookie sheets. Press down on cookies with a wet fork before baking.
