Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can green beans
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can wax beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
1/2 c. sliced red onions
1 green pepper, sliced (1 c.)
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, split
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain all beans and add to large bowl. Add the red onions and green pepper. In a small bowl, add the salad oil, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved, then add to the beans, stirring to coat the beans thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.
