Breakfast Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed firm (dry) white bread
    8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. green onion (optional)
    4 oz. mushrooms
    10 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 to 10 slices crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer the bread crumbs for bottom layer and end with cheese.
    Mix in large bowl, eggs, milk and spices; pour over layer of bread.
    Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, uncovered.
