Diabetic Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
12 pkg. Equal or 3 1/2 tsp.
2 egg whites
4 pkg. Equal
Preparation
-
Mix egg yolks, milk, cocoa and flour. Cook in a double boiler until thick and smooth. Add Equal. Mix. Pour into pie shell.
