Microwave Cream-Style Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob, scraping cobs well to remove all milk. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish with 3/4 cup water.
    Microwave 8 minutes.
    Add sweet milk and cornstarch after blending well together.
    Then add salt, pepper and oil.
    Microwave another 10 minutes.
    Yield: About 6 servings.
