String Beans And Lamb(Or Stewed Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh string beans
    1/2 can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    4 to 6 lamb shoulder chops or lamb stew meat
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown onion in
    oil.
    Add 1/4 cup water and lamb meat.
    Cook over low heat.
    Brown on both sides.
    Add tomato paste and remaining water.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes.
    Add string beans and cook until beans are tender.
