Amber Glow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    10 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes
    1/4 c. chopped, salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mold cream cheese into small, plastic margarine tub.
    Loosen edges; place in pretty serving dish.
    Blend preserves, dry mustard, horseradish and pepper flakes and pour over cream cheese. Sprinkle peanuts over apricot mixture.
    Serve with whole wheat crackers.
