Mae'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. red tomatoes
    2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. hot fresh pepper
    2 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Peel, quarter and core tomatoes.
    Chop onions and sweet pepper into 1/2-inch pieces. Dice hot peppers.
    Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until done.
    Pour into pint jars and seal.
