Opra'S Unfried French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes, cut to desired size
2 large egg whites, beaten slightly
1 tsp. favorite seasoned salt
Pam spray

Preparation

Prepare potatoes by sprinkling with the spices.
Next, spray the potatoes with Pam.
Take the egg whites and pour over the seasoned, sprayed potatoes and toss lightly; drain and then place the potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
With the oven set on 325\u00b0, bake until done.
