Golden Crumbled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes (about 2 lb.), pared
Preparation
    Melt butter or oleo.
    Combine cornflakes and seasonings.
    Roll potatoes in oleo and then in cornflakes.
    Arrange in a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tender.
