Braised Chuck Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck steak
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour.
    In heavy kettle, add oil and brown both sides of steak.
    Add tomato paste, water, onion soup mix, caraway seed and bay leaves.
    Cook slowly until fork-tender.
    Good in crock-pot.
