Cocoa Swirl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture is coarse.
Add eggs, orange juice and orange peel; stir to blend.
Then combine confectioners sugar, nuts and cocoa in a small bowl.
Stir in butter that's melted.
Spread 3/4 in a greased 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle half of crumb mix over batter.
Spread on 1 cup batter and sprinkle with remaining crumb mix.
Cover with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Spread with orange glaze.
