Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
cooked giblets
2 boiled eggs
2 c. broth
Preparation
-
Melt butter; add flour and salt; blend.
Add broth, giblets and eggs.
Cook until thick, stir constantly.
(I add a dash of black pepper.)
