Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 c. flour, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation

In large bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in 2 3/4 cups flour, salt and oil.
Mix to form a soft ball.
