Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds and medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until loaf tests done.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
