Quick Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. mostaccioli
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 lb. Italian sausage, fried and crumbled
    2 c. hot tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook mostaccioli according to directions.
    Beat Ricotta cheese with milk until smooth. Drain pasta and return to pot.
    Add Ricotta mixture.
    Add Parmesan, sausage and tomato sauce.
    Toss to combine.
    Set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
