Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
dash of salt
Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and continue beating until very stiff.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. Fold into egg whites and add vanilla, pecans and salt.
Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool and top with whipped cream or other whipped topping.
Keep refrigerated.
