Tony'S Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken wings, cut in two
    40 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Clean garlic.
    If large clove, cut in half and count as two cloves.
    In a nonstick skillet pan, heat oil and garlic.
    Put in chicken wings and cook until brown and done.
    Add, while cooking, your salt and pepper.
    Garlic will melt some and caramelize chicken.
    Add wine last and simmer for 5 minutes.
