Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken cutlets
    1/4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. capers (Crosse & Blackwell)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Coat chicken cutlets with flour.
    In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
    Remove to platter; keep warm.
