Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, heated
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Slowly pour in hot milk.
Put in unbaked pie crust.
Cook 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
