Pizza Sauce(To Can) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    2 or 3 garlic buds
    1 pt. vegetable oil
    3 lb. onions
    4 hot peppers
    8 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes and garlic together and put through sieve, then chop and cook in vegetable oil, onions and peppers.
    Keep well stirred and add this to tomato juice.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer all together until it comes to a boil, then fill jars and seal.
