Easy Vegetable Soup(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped
3/4 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 qt. water
1/2 c. cut green beans
1 medium zucchini, sliced thickly
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine the tomatoes, carrots, onion, celery, bay leaves and garlic.
Add water and bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add green beans and cook until beans are just tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add zucchini and simmer until tender.
Stir in parsley.
