Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. ready made biscuits
2 apples, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water.
Cook 5 minutes or until clear.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Stretch each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Place diced apples in the center and dot with butter.
Gather up dough and \"pinch\" together at the top.
Place in baking dish.
Pour syrup over dumplings and bake for 25 minutes.
