Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut up in small pieces
    4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked rice (white or wild)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Cook stuffing according to package directions and put in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, then put chicken and eggs on top of stuffing.
    Mix all other ingredients and spread on top.
    Top with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
