Zucchini Squash Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini, seeds removed
    3 large and 4 small eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Wesson oil or Crisco oil
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
