Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. bacon grease (6 Tbsp.)
    green chilies (1 small can)
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 batter in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and peppers.
    Pour balance of batter on top and again top with grated cheese and peppers.
    Bake in a slow oven (about 375\u00b0) for 45 minutes or more.
