Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Put a vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper-lined muffin pan.
    Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with pie filling and top with whipped topping if you like.
