Lemon Thyme Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Measure flour, salt and pepper into large plastic bag.
    Coat chicken in bag.
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in olive oil. Chop onion; add butter and onion and cook.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
    Place in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish and bake 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Add lemon and serve.
